Chelsea Spence has been awarded two travel grants. The first, the Graduate Travel Grant (GTG) from Clemson University Graduate Student Government, is in the amount of $750 to support their travel to attend IISE 2023. The second, the Industrial Engineering Travel Grant, is in the amount of $500. She will be presenting joint work with Dr. Mary E. Kurz, Dr. Thomas C. Sharkey and Dr. Bryan Miller entitled “Progress on an Agent-based Model of the Opioid Overdose Epidemic in a Rural Setting“.
